A registration form and fee of $30 ($50 for families with more than one child) is required to enroll in gymnastics classes at High Flight Gymnastics. A new registration form and fee is required each year in August for returning students. The registration fee is prorated throughout the year for students enrolling after January for the Winter/Spring Sessions. No registration fee is required for the Summer Session.

Tuition:

Tuition is payable on the first week of every monthly session (4 weeks). Tuition is not prorated except for summer sessions and for new students signing up in the middle of a month. A $5 late fee will be assessed to all students paying tuition after the second week of any session. Cash, check, Visa or MasterCard are accepted. There is a $25 fee for all checks returned unpaid by the bank.

Make up Classes:

If you are unable to attend one of your regularly scheduled classes during a session, please contact the front desk to schedule a make-up class. All make-up classes must be scheduled with the front desk prior to attending the class. Make-up classes should be scheduled in the same month as the missed class. Extenuating circumstances for making up classes in the following month will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations:

Please notify the front desk if you plan to stop taking classes. No refunds will be given if you discontinue classes in the middle of a monthly session.

Inclement Weather:

All classes that are held before 2:30pm will be cancelled in conjunction with days that Buncombe County Schools are cancelled. For all other classes, we will make the decision to cancel classes by 2:00pm on the day of the inclement weather. A message will be available on our voice-mail and our web-site advising you of this cancellation. Make-up classes will be available.

Dress Code:

All students attending classes at High Flight Gymnastics must adhere to the following dress code:

• No jewelry, except non-dangling, post earrings
• No clothing with zippers or buttons
• Long hair must be tied back out the face
• Shorts and T-shirts are suitable, provided that the T-shirts can be tucked in.
• Leotards are not required except for competitive team members, however leotards are available for purchase in the pro-shop.

Parents Viewing Areas:

Parents are welcome to stay and observe class. There is a parents viewing area located upstairs and also in the pre-school gym for you to be comfortable watching your child's class.  Please do not stand along the walls and walkways separating the gymnastics areas. These are fire exits from the building and they are required to remain clear at all times
